reach us

Whether by car, in hiking boots, on your bike or on skis - many paths lead to lovely Hühnersteign, which is located directly on the glacier road and thus at the heart of the skiing, hiking and biking area of Sölden.

In summer we can be reached via easy hiking trails, starting from the middle station of Gaislachkogl Gondola (approx. 45 minutes) or from Hochsölden along the panorama trail (approx. 45 minutes). Additionally, the “Ollweit Line” (a trail of Bike Republic Sölden) leads right past our mountain hut. You can also reach us by car or bus - it's only a three-minute walk from the road toll station (Glacier Road). In summer and winter alike. On skis or on a snowboard you get here from the glacier via piste number 30 and piste number 5, starting from Gaislachkogl middle station. You can also reach us in winter when the glacier is closed.
